Hello everyone who is interested. I currently am giving up my beautiful Marshall ferret. This is the last thing I wanted to do, and it is really hard for me to make this decision. It is only in the ferrets best interest. I feel she deserves more time and attention. My schedule just keeps getting busier and busier and I have had something personal happen in my life. I have less and less time to give them. They deserve more. I know I can find them a wonderful home that she deserves. She currently is on the food Eukanoba Chicken (kitten). She is also all up to date on all her shots. She gets along well with other ferrets. She doesn't bite, she is very lovable. She is the perfect ferret. I currently am re-homing: Name: Reese Age: December 31, 2006 Gender: Female Breeder: Marshalls Color: Sable Description: Reese gets along with other ferrets but also likes to be an outcast at times. If I didn't live in Texas I would gladly adopt them. I have been considering adopting another one
after my Otter passed away. But I was waiting a little bit longer.
But they are a doll. and I love Coco

Hey Jessica Any luck with finding a home for Reese and Diego? I've been emailing back and forth with this one guy who lives in Port Huron. Him and his family seem worthy enough for them. Tell me if you guys think so as well... this is the last thing he sent me, I asked him a few questions and he answered them in this email.. We have 5 children our oldest is 11 then 9, 8, 4, and 3. Our children are well behaved and love animals. We have a Quaker parrot a female canary, an albino ferret and fish. We had a sable ferret when our first child was born. Our 8 yr old son is allergic to cats and dogs but has no problems with the ferret. The Parrot prefers me or my 9 yr old daughter and nips at most everyone else but that is the kind of bird she is. The ferret we were watching for a friend of my wife's from work. When she arrived her cage was too small and she was miserable. We purchased a proper ferret cage for her stay with us. When it came time for her to go home our 11 yr old offered to purchase her from her owner with her weekly paper money. Rather than let the ferret return to the small cage and the apartment the owner lived in. It took some talking but we managed to purchase her. This was almost a yr ago and she pl ays with her every day. We are raising our kids to have respect for animals and care for them. It is too bad our son is allergic to cats we tried a cat that was supposed to be safe for allergies and she was for 2 weeks then he flared up. we know that the ferrets are safe for him because we have had sadie (ferret) for so long.
We live in a 4 bedroom home in port huron on two city lots. Every time we are at a store i like to wander through the pet section to see if there is anything our pets might like. my wife jokingly says i am spoiling them |

Sounds good but the only thing I would worry about is the allergies part. My allergist explained to me that some people are fine with one or two cats but when they get the third they become allergic. He felt that, that was what happened to me. I was fine with three ferrets but once I got the 4th one I got the allergy.
But other then that they seem responsible!

You could do a trial. If he becomes allergic you can take them back and find a proper home. Does he want both of them. If I could afford another ferret I would to take Diego. Good Luck

what made you split up a group? Well it's hard to find anyone who wants 3 ferrets. And my friend wanted Coco really bad... and I'm glad I'll be able to see her. And I thought Reese and Diego were gonna go together. But the lady at the last minute told me she only wanted Diego. So, I figure I could find a home for Reese soon. She's the outcast anyway lol. She never really bothered with the other two. |
