Send Message Posted: Mar 30, 2008 7:43 PM Hey guys! Its been a while since I’ve posted in here. But I need to find a home for my fuzzies.
Saddly I have been hospitalized 8 times since getting the ferrets. I am highly alergic to them for some reason. (I saw an allergy specalist and went through numerous tests and ferrets were +) Trust me, I have tried EVERYTHING.
If anyone in the Texas area is interested please send me a message.
Thanks
Josie
When I went to her page, to see the ferrets, there was a comment from someone asking why she wanted to sell her ferrets. Her reply to that person....
"don't want to have to move tons of animals, and we don't have time for them "
I asked her why the different stories & gave her the list of ferret shelters from AFA in Texas.
She said the comment was to her brother & he knew about the allergies, but didn't know she had been in the hospital for it.
It sounds like she's making up a story to get rid of them (she is moving from Texas to Oklahoma & she has many animals=2 horses, 3 dogs, 1 mini goat, 2 rats and the 2 ferrets).
I hope the ferrets find a good PERMANENT home. I still don't understand the need for two stories, but it sounds like the ferrets are better off being rehomed regardless.
Can anyone take them in?
I don't know if this will work, but here's the link to the ferret group topic

You may need to copy & paste it...you will probably have to have a myspace account to view it.
It just makes me mad that people treat animals like throw aways, when they become inconvenient.
