Has anyone ever heard of this rescue in Denver before?? I may have to rehome my ferrets because i have gotten more allergic to them as the year has gone on, it reached the point that i cant breath around them at all. After bath or play time i have to sit with my nebulizer to regain breathing. I am working with my doctor to try and find a solution but i am not sure how that is going to go. So anyway I posted them on craigslist to see if there was anyone interested, and I got this responce
Hello. I saw your ad on craigslist and I just wanted to let you know is if you
don't find anyone to take in your ferrets i will be happy to. I run the furball
chinchilla and exotics rescue, i take in sugar gliders, hedgehogs, degu, and
ferrets as well. and we always welcome 'unwanted' ferrets. So if you cant find a
home for your ferrets i will gladly take them in and find them a home together.
I have one ferret in my rescue now so im sure he would love the company. I also
socialize all my rescues and give them new toys daily as well with time out
of the cage every day.. If you do decide to surrender them to me i just want to
let you know that once i find him a new home i take a picture of them and their
new owner and send it to you so you
know that i have found a wonderful home for your ferrets. Just let me know, i
would love to help!

I am hoping not to get rid of them at all but if i have to i would much rather surrender them to a rescue that i know will take care of them. I have asked her if i could come see the rescue, but how else can i tell if they are a good rescue and not just a collector? I mean it sound wonderful, even an improvement righ now they can only come out of the cage to go to the playpen, and i cant really interact with them anymore, they are kinda on their own. Any help would be amazing
