I see CL ads popping up in houston all the time, but the number of fuzzys on this one caught my attention. Well, he just got back to me thru E-mail and he says all the ferrets are around 2 years old and in great health. I don't know something just seems weird about it. He didn't answer any of my questions about why he is giving them all up. My spidey sense is tingling.

He has stopped returning my e-mails after I starting asking more questions about why he was getting rid of them. I am going to try to contact the local shelters after the holiday to see if they just got an influx of ferrets. Here is hoping they (if they ever existed in the first place) found a good home. |

He probably stopped returning your emails because he probably received dozens of pieces of hate mail in addition to your email. Easier to toss the idea out the window than deal with the harassment probably. Let's hope his next step is to take them to a shelter, rather than dump them off somewhere... Or maybe he will get back to you. You never know.  |
