This is Nancey. She has spent her whole life with no eye lid. The Dr's feel that there may very well be a working eye under there and have offered to do the surgery of creating and eye lid for her for $425.00 complete. They are going to all 3 work together Tomorrow to get it done. We still have 5 adrenals that we are working on and doing OK. We are reaching out to our TLH family for ANYTHING to help her. Payday is next week. I definitely want to donate what I can to that cause. When I was younger, a family member had the same situation with a cat and the Dr. felt the same. We all pitched in for the surgery, and there was a healthy working eye back there! She's long since passed. But without at least taking the chance, she would have never been able to see with more than just her left eye. Soft spot in my heart
