Hi gang,
I co-direct a domestic rabbit and small exotics rescue here in NJ. We had 2
brother ferrets surrendered to us, both healthy, well-cared for and extremely
friendly. Pan is a silver mitt and Loki is a DEW, and is deaf. This causes no
complications for him. The boys will come with their cage and all their
ecoutrements (and it's a lot of stuff!)
We also had a senior gentleman ferret surrendered to us. He is believed to be
10 years old. Nibbles is a sweet, gentle old man who is blind. He is calm and
sleeps most of the time, though he likes to come out and explore and exercise
for a little while each day in a safe, confined area. While we are more than
happy to keep him here, we would consider a foster home for him, if it was the
right match.
